An integrated humidity sensor turns the fan on when humidity rises above a level set by the user (50-100%), a convenient feature for heavily used bathrooms. The light is available in non-dimmable 3000K or dimmable 4000K. The fan and light can be wired separately.

This fixture is IC-rated, suitable for new construction or remodel applications, and can be installed in a wall or ceiling. It fits in 2 x 6 inch construction, perfect for smaller joist spaces. It has rust-proof steel motor housing, a built-in backdraft damper and thermal shutoff, and includes articulating expandable anti-vibration brackets and a detachable connector for 4 or 6 inch ducts.
