The AP Recessed Exhaust Fan with Light and Humidity Sensor combines a quiet yet powerful bath fan with a recessed light, achieving a smooth aesthetic while meeting both your ventilation and lighting needs. The fan and light can be operated separately or together. An integrated humidity sensor can turn the fan on when humidity rises above a level set by the user (30-80%).
This IC-rated fixture is suitable for new construction or remodel applications and fits with 2 x 8 inch joists. Articulating expandable anti-vibration brackets and a connector for 4 to 5 inch ducts are included. The fixture has rust-proof steel motor housing, a built-in backdraft damper and thermal shutoff. UL listed for use in a tub or shower enclosure when GFCI-protected and used with a PAR30L bulb (not included).
